This is our filming schedule which will allow us to better understand what to do in our recording stages of our coursework.
Like our shot list, this will easily tell our group what shot will be taking place and what Dancers and camera shots will be used, although the schedule gives everyone a set date to record to be more organised before recording.
This will prevent the casting members having reasons why they cannot attend because they will be able to plan ahead for the date, rather than everyone agreeing on a date which they are all free which is unlikely to stay true.
Our filming schedule will ensure that all shots were accounted for. As we were filming in the afternoon at 3:00 pm and doing so mostly in chronological order. If we didn't have a filming schedule we wouldn't be able to film the shots in the most productive and effective way. It will be taken in doors so weather will not be an issue, however, location, cast, crew and props will be taken in to account.

We have to spot the possible dangers before filming, as the performers are at risk of being harmed.
The only possible threat we encountered is the White screen collapsing half way through the filming process, this is a strong possibility as there will be 3-5 people dancing on it at once, what may happen is the could be tugged and allow the poles to fall. To prevent this we will ensure that the backdrop is taped down as securely as possible.
